The location provided access to many popular attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and someone served your meal and drinks. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The parking garage a few doors down was a safe place for our vehicle.

Perfect view overlooking Xalapa. Concierge attendant was amazing knowledgeable and hospitable. Staff was kind.location and price was great. The balcony was breathtaking.

Great location, amazing views from the balcony, decent breakfast and very helpful staff. I had originally booked two nights and ended up stsying for four.

It is a good hotel with free parking close to the city centre (10 minutes by walk). There are several nice restaurants and cafes around. Nice view onto the city through full wall window. The breakfast was excellent.
